This place is horrible and the people that work there is worse. 1. I waited for my food over an half hour. So I went to the... work. She grabs my receipt and says I give me a minute. I wait a few minutes start talking to another customer and she says I'vebeen waiting on my food for over a half hour. She was polite and says to the works can someone check on where my food is. Sameworker that looked at my receipt says hold on. The worker wad rude very rude. 2. I waited a few minutes. I called out to theworkers again and say can one of you work on my order or just give me my money back. Same worker comes over snatches my receipt,looks at it and says I called this number. Grabs the bag in front of her and hands it to me. I check the food. It's cold. Neverdid see call the number on my ticket. The worker gets in my face because I tell her my number was never called. She says well Ijust told you I called your number you wasn't listening. This place is the worse. 3. I ask to speak to a manager. The managercomes out I tell her the situation. She remakes the food because she touched the food and it was cold. I do have a question Ithought when your hair is long you need to have it up or have a net on it? Well nobody it. Second time in a few months that one of the drive throughs did not ask for my order, several cars in front of me, same issue,... they have two lanes. I had to order at window. But, food was right, hot and good. Employee I spoke to had no idea about theissue, but said she would report it!! Read more
Came through the drive thru for lunch and had to wait 10 minutes for our 2 meals. They were not prepared for lunch orders, while... we were waiting, there were also 3 other cars asked to pull out of the drive thru to wait along with us. Horrible costumer service. Waited 50 minutes inside the restaurant for a frappe, fish sandwich and happy meal. People who... ordered after me got their order. Restaurant is dirty in the dining area (food and trash everywhere) & trash bins are full.There?s more than a handful of workers in the back but no seems to man the guest checkout. Read more
