Usually don?t write many reviews but wanted to save someone else from eating here. We ordered two meals and was asked to pull up... and wait while they cooked the food. After a 20 min wait, they brought out the wrong order. 10 more minutes , I decided to walkinside to get a refund. I wish I had stayed in my car. Dirty dish towels on the counter, open juice boxes, not one worker in auniform. One was wearing a hoodie, sweatpants that were hanging, and slides. No gloves on those preparing the food and fries allover the floor near the fryer. Don?t stop here. How this McDonald?s is not shut down, I don?t know. Read more
Go here regularly. LOVE THE MORNING STAFF. Although they are severely short handed and sometimes out of things. The staff... usually knows are order by heart. Super friendly. Makes my morning. They are doing the best they can and I appreciate them verymuch for what they do. Keep up the good work guys!! Fast food workers are the real MVP. Read more
We always have problems with this McDonalds on North Battlefield. We?re either mossing something weather it?s sauces, straws,... happy meal prizes. Or something?s wrong with the order, like today. My husband ordered a double quarter pounder and we realizedas we were pulling out of the drive thru that they forgot our straws but then when we got home and realized they gave us aregular quarter pounder even though the box, and the receipt say DOUBLE quarter pounder. This location doesn?t seem to understand how mobile orders work. Every time I make one, they act like they didn?t receive it.... Today I waited 20 minutes in the parking spot until we ultimately had to go in and they tell us ?oh we don?t have the sweettea?. Guess they just weren?t going to bring us our order? Read more
Customer service was good. Food ordered was good. Can you please add some salads/healthy options to the menu. At one time you... could substitute fries for the apple slices. No chocolate chip frappe available. I didn't inquire about smoothies. Read more

The worst Mc Donald?s food I have ever received. First they had no Tea or Coke Zero and then my food was old and cold. They were... fairly busy so not sure why the food was not fresher. Read more
Only 4 cars in line and I spent over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Had to request the kids' Happy Meals at the pickup window,... and when I got home, (I ordered a Chicken Sandwich Deluxe) my bag had a cold, dry Big Mac and two cold large fries. I go here acouple times a year normally, but won't go here anymore. I miss the good old days! Read more
