We are from Connecticut but come here about 5-6 times a year to visit our daughter. We decided to try a new place and my... daughter said to try Longshots. When we got there the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. We ordered our food to go. We reallyenjoyed the food. It was done to our liking, but we had to change our clothes and take a shower because of the smell ofcigarette smoke on us. If it wasn't for that I would of gave the place 5 stars. Read more
standard dive bar. service is Ok only if you are a regular or known high tipper. Dart boards are good and in the non-smoking... section. Pool tables would be ok if they were taken care of better. Felt is shotty at best compared to having nice black diamondtables. Most of the tables are in the smoking section and the "no drinks on tables" rule is not enforced, and customersconstantly smoke over the tables, dropping ashes on the tables and leaving burn marks. Overall not a terrible place but coulduse some upgrades that could make it stand out better from the local businesses around it more. Read more
Not to mention my favorite bartender who is also here I love her she makes a very smooth drink RHONDA is your bartender don't... sleep on her she'll have you sleep after a drink the best way and also Emmitt!!! Emitt made me a meal that was so absolutelydelicious so tasty very filled with flavor and made with so much love. Great bartenders food was pretty decent the staff seem friendly there was one chubby white guy with facial hair I didn't get his... name but he gave a real creepy vibe made it a little uncomfortable so I did not want to stay long was wearing a longshots shirtbut just kept hanging out an walking around the whole night. The drinks were good it seems like a decent place to come relax fora little bit. Im only giving 3 stars because I don't like letting one person mess up the entire evening when everyone else wasgreat. Now look. I'm only writing this review with two stars not because I don't enjoy coming to long shots or the people I encounter... when I come. Today me and my sister are here during their happy hour and man oh man the complaints the disappointments theaggravation that some of these bartenders and servers are expressing to too many people that patronize the establishment. I sayget some bartenders and some servers that know how to keep the drama behind closed doors of the establishment. As of right nowmy current bartender is cussing up a storm complaining about missing doctor's appointments her phone bill and car insurance aredue at the end of the month and can't cover it for whatever reason and also because she has to work and how she's not asked buttold when to come in. I'm just feeling a little uncomfortable being that I truly enjoy coming here and normally the bartendersand servers are generally happy and turning up with the rest of the clientele but Again I like this place I don't like feelinguncomfortable. Decent crowd, decent drinks, super dive bar. Would be nice if they had pool tables you could pay for by the hour instead of per... game. Also, getting patted down and wanded on entry made me feel like the place wasn't safe. Otherwise, this place is okay. Read more
I go to play darts. It is in a no smoking section of the building. Staff is very friendly. The smoking side has pool tables. ... That side is usually busy. I have only tried the fries. Those are damn good fries! Read more
