They have been short handed but they took a long time to even acknowledge that I was there. They do not have napkins or plastic... wear out and did not provide any with my order and had to come back for it. Ordered door dash while we packed and got ready to leave the hotel early in the morning. Dasher called and said they were out of... chicken tenders so I asked for a breast. Food arrived and KFC never sent the chicken. Called multiple times to get it rectifiedand no one would ever answer the phone. Can't leave a negative review with door dash as it is not the drivers fault. Terribleservice provided by this restaurant. Hands down THE BEST KFC I've ever been to! This location was clean, even the restrooms were beautifully sanitized. The staff was... super friendly, helpful and considerate of how they handled my family's food. The quality of the food was just perfect accordingto everyone who ate. I witnessed all the steps employees took to keep their hands gloved and sanitized. I appreciate all theindividual efforts of the staff. Read more
