Had bad experience today arnd lunch time was served by a black old woman who kept dragging from the beginning as i was waiting... to place an order. Finally after abt 10 mins i ordered orginal chicken n fries and went to sit in the parking lot to nibble assoon as i pelled the skin on the chicken i noticed it was very raw and i tried to show them inside they all made fun of me saidI already ate the piece and they dont refund . They were rude and nasty in the drive thru. Got an attitude when asked for a cup holder for 3 drinks. Was hand a bag with gravy... spilling all over it. When asked for them to fix it the lady shut the window in the middle of telling her that and told the ladyto double bag it. You can see the gravy all over the bag. I went to this location approximately 8:20 pm, 10/12/22 to order a chicken pot pie. As soon as I pull in the drive thru I was... told they don?t anything but chicken sandwiches!!! No sides no chicken no biscuits just CHICKEN SANDWICHES!!!! Who goes to KTCfor a chicken sandwich? The location is open for almost another two hours but with no food , like howwwww ?? Customer servicewas extremely poor and the employees laughed at the fact they were turning so many cars away. Whoever owns this place should beashamed of the establishment they are running. Read more
Customer service definitely need training. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to take drive thru order. Everyone posting is... giving the owner that something needs to change or your employees are going to bankrupt your business with bad customer service. Read more
