Close it down, After my husband?s Doctors appointment we stopped to pick up Some Dinner to take home. Ordered O12 pieces of... original chicken Bucket 5:30 pm and the sides , chicken was Dry and Crunchy, French Fries half fresh and hot and the other werecold and hard you could not even bite down without breaking your teeth. Biscuits fresh, Mac and cheese bowl 1/2 full. No receiptin bag as he stated. Pleasant but food was lousy. Will not go back . Please check your order before leaving window!!!! $37.88later. I picked up my order last night. I did not check my order until I got home. I ordered extra crispy but got regular. My sides... literally had one large scoop in each bowl, so the bowls were 3/4 empty; absolutely ridiculous. Use smaller bowls if you want tocontinue to cheat customers. The biscuits were hard and stale. Come on KFC, you can do better. Read more
Usually a bit of a wait here as it is KFC and Taco Bell. They don't fill the tacos with much meat or cheese. The chicken from... the KFC part is pretty good and usually pretty fresh, as in its still hot when I go to eat it. There are plenty of options tochoose from. They do dine in as well. A couple of workers seem to either be overwhelmed or just forget their manners and getshort with people which makes them come off as being rude. Read more
It seems this location hasn?t improved based on previous reviews. Poor customer service. Horrible attitudes and one young man... spoke ridiculously low and when an elderly gentleman kindly asked him to speak up b/c he was hard of hearing, this young mangave him an attitude and eye roll. The man even had hearing aids too. He displayed an example the young man should learn toemulate. I couldn?t tell who was the manager, all employees visible from my end all seemed to display this same poor attitudeand manners. This is absolutely a reflection on the manager/ superior of this location. I?m sorry they are unhappy in theirjobs, but this isn?t justifiable. Food was excellent, so the cooks are rocking that. SO rude and unprofessional. First off, myself and another customer stood waiting at the counter for forever and then had to... holler out to someone just to get assistance. Then the guy finally comes, takes the order and then walks off leaving me waitingagain without any explanation! When I ask about what the wait is, it's like they don't even care. OVER 30 MINUTES WAITING AT THE DRIVE THRU?? Then when they open the window to talk to me they tell me they didn't have half of... my order in stock and I needed to order something else. Why isn't cooperate looking into this? The reviews speak for themselves.The employees are having a casual conversation and on their phones the entire time I was sitting at the drive watching themthrough the pick-up window. Terrible customer service. I tolerated bad service from this location way too many times. Cashier is obviously annoyed that she... has to work so I?d rather go through drive thru. Asked for a taco with no cheese and I get a poor looking excuse of a taco.Going farther out for a KFC instead of this place which is only a 5 minute drive from me. Worst mobile order process in all fast food restaurants in the area plus crew that does not care about customer service. App... said that my order is ready at 7:34, and I was at the counter waiting. Nobody came out to welcome or ask me. I saw the pick uparea, and it was empty. I sat down and waited. I saw one of the crews in the back preparing what looks like my order. Her phonerang, she answered, and continued prepping. You can really see that she was putting less in the other bowl compare to the other.She closed the bowls and disappeared. About 10 minutes later, she came back in the kitchen and in the front. I told her I?vebeen standing there for awhile and nobody bothered to ask me. Actually, the guy in the back asked and told the kitchen crew thatI needed help, but nobody did. The two female crew prepping food had been by the front, but did not care to talk to me avoidedto make eye contact. Finally, I told her that I been waiting for over 20 minutes already, and with no apology, she just saidthat they are understaffed. I said you?ve seen me waiting here for awhile and didn?t even ask or say anything to me, but you hadtime to answer your phone. She said that has nothing to do with my order. I told her my pick up time was 7:34 and it?s 7:54already. She said the app is wrong. She gave me a cup, I said I need another one, she replied no ?coz you only ordered one. Shechecked the receipt and gave me another cup, no apology, dropped my orders on the counter. I told her that she should not beworking back there, you say you?re understaffed, but you?re on your phone the whole time prepping in the back then disappearedfor awhile.
