I found this cupcake shop today and boy was I pleasantly surprised. This place has the best cupcakes in the entire Hampton Roads... and beyond. I had the pineapple cupcake - it was moist, flavorful, decadent, did I say moist! I consider myself a dessertconnoisseur and this shop has delicious cake.
