Not just this particular location. Although is the one I visited and gave JJ another try. Their sandwiches are JUST NOT GOOD!... Blah! No flavor! Get It together BIG TROPHY HUNTER owner!!! Portions of veggies on sandwiches is less than preferred. But otherwise great.
Rushed ordering, getting my order, and paying with a smile!!! More bread than meat as usual! Order details were on point for... sure!!! But damn if I am a 23 yr old going 200 mph for a sandwich!!! Please slow down a minute and let the customer finishspeaking before you so graciously step on through your script!!! Thin meat and lack of flavor for me but that's all based onthe individual!!! Always friendly and efficient when we call in our order. Respectful and quick! They always follow our delivery instructions of... not ringing the doorbell (as to not have dogs bark and wake newborn) while other restaurants do not. We love Jimmy Johns onCedar Rd! Read more

I?m totally disguised by this store. My experience has not been enjoyable nor pleasant. This is the second time on different... shifts that I?ve gone to this establishment and have been served food with hair placed on my sandwiches. The employees that theyhave working are repulsive to say the least. Putting my trust into this company never again. I tried to see if it was a placethat was not racist or nasty to its customers for no apparent reasons whatsoever. The three white men that I saw tonight takingmy order and fixing my order took beyond a long time to even prepare the order when I was the only car in drive-thru and only tofind out later while eating my food that there was hair all on it under the cheese totally hidden unless you take the sandwichapart which I did but after eating majority of this sandwich. I felt something was not right with the service and then I foundout it certainly wasn?t the warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional service that one would expect from a drive-thru whenplacing orders to go.
