Great service!! I just didn't like that the server told me they would kick me out 15 minutes before closing. Ive worked in... restaurants for over 16 years and I was always trained that if a customer is still eating or drinking even if its closing time,the customer is not to be rushed to leave as long as they pay their bill if asked because its the restaurants policy that evercustomer is like a guest in their home, especially since they are paying to enjoy their food and beverages. I remember whenservers told guest to hurry up, it was because the server was ready to leave, not because it was actually the stores policy, butservers did it anyways. That's why it struck me as strange but otherwise, I enjoyed my visit today! Read more

Ordered curbside, went to pick up but nobody brought the food out. Went inside to pickup and the floor was very sticky. The host... wasn't pleasant and seemed unable to stand. However he did bring out my food. My food was missing items and silverware plus mydrinks. The manager was polite but was confused on how to get me a refund. I see why the reviews what they are. They need somegood management. Read more

Visited about 11AM Saturday 7/30/22. We were seated immediately. Staff was VERY polite. Our food arrived within a reasonable... time, and was good. That said: Had to ask for silverware 3 times, AFTER our food arrived. There seemed to be ZERO sense ofurgency. No one seemed especially concerned about who got what when No toilet paper in the ladies room. I perceived a lack ofleadership. Theirs staff there who are trying to do the job correctly, but I saw no direction being given, no obvious leader. Read more

Was sat at 1150, at 1247 still waiting for our food. The waitress is very nice, and has offered many drink refills. But this is... much longer than I expected to be here. Update : spoke with manager, was refunded the cost of the meal. She was approachableand understanding. Added stars to review due to her and how nice our waitress was. Read more

My entire party of 9 had cold food. The server was great, though. This location needs some pep in their step on getting food out... when hot. We as paying customers shouldn't experience poor quality in food. Read more

The food was decent but what got me heated ???? was the service. It wasn't even crowded. The hostess sat me and 6yr old niece... down at table without even saying the waiter or waitress would be with you or anything. We sat at the table for I know about30min. In-between that time the hostess walked by our table at least three to four times along with a waitress before taking ourorder. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But the bad service continued. The waiter finally came and took ourorder. It took about another 30min before we even got our food. The waiter never asked to refill my water. After we were doneeating I asked for the check . When I got the check I noticed he charged me for a ice tea. Then he asked me if I would like anice tea to go ????. Bottom line is I'm not going to blame the staff even though they looked like they were doing they own thing.This falls on management, I didn't see any direction being given. They owe me a star for this rating. Restaurant wasn't busy at all and I've never heard a server/waiter say sorry so many times... during a visit. My waffles were overcooked but cold. Michael meant well, I appreciate his efforts. The cook who was also themanager was a great part of the experience. Read more

The Good: The food was delivered quickly and was what you would expect from an IHOP. The waitress wasn?t bad, but she wasn?t... ultra friendly either. The bad: The hostess (front desk) seemed annoyed that we entered the restaurant and wasn?t too friendly,stating, ?Have a seat,? (in the waiting area) after we waited for her to acknowledge us. She did not even give an estimated timefor a table. Our food was delivered to me earlier than the other person at the table. It was only 3-4 minutes earlier, butbreakfast food gets cold quick so I found it odd. Overall, I wasn?t impressed, but it wasn?t awful. Read more
