*update* Went again as a big party and had a great time! Great food! One of the servers, a different one, forgot to check in on... us but the other girl took our orders and saved the day. Cleaning and serving staff we\'re on point.\n\nGreat food but no ABCyet so no alcohol. Staff was nice but our waitress almost never checked in and kept asking us questions about what we just toldher after we told her things(young white girl). I took my dad for dinner and it was a great experience. The staff very friendly, she explained everything for us. In the middle... they have a huge variety sauces. My dad had the plain broth that was simple and i had the Szechuan one, spicy but good. Read more
Very happy with the outing that Wife and I had today. At frist I was overwhelmed but, the waiter was very nice and... understanding. She was able to help us to navigate the menu. They have a bunch of different variety of meats and vegetables tochoose form. It is a buffet/family style restaurant. I look forward to a return visit. Read more
Drove by today and couldn\'t believe my eyes! It looked like they were open and the door was too so I went inside and saw the... owner setting up. He was very friendly and said they are hiring and that they will be open in a couple weeks. Words cannotexpress how excited I am for this place to open! The atmosphere looked amazing! Hotpot 757 recognizes therefore offers a 10% military discount! Theestablishment is welcoming and spacious. We were greeted with smiles & politely escorted to our booth. There was no chaos andstaff throughout the restaurant were all so very nice & pleasant. Their air ventilation system has got to be top notch as myeyes didn\'t tear up, I didn\'t observe clouds of smoke, nor did I leave wreaking of BBQ. This was a huge win for me!\n\nOurserver, Zay, was upbeat, attentive, clear in his delivery, thorough and seemed to take pride in the work! Loved the service Zayprovided and gives me hope for future generations. Zay ensured our drinks were filled, dirty plates were removed, and that wewere satisfied. Kind bussers/runners also walked around picking up dirty plates. There\'s an extensive condiment bar to createyour own dipping sauce(s). A banner hangs over the sauce/condiment bar that displays recipes of sauce recommendations. I\'m likea kid in a candy store at a condiment bar & can get creative with various combinations! So don\'t fear, use the banner as aguide, keep it simple, or create your own. The sauce & salad bar appeared clean and ingredients fresh. Seasoning containers werelabeled with sesame seeds, chicken broth granules, black pepper, etc.... There was hand sanitizer and gloves too!\n\nMy friendand I chose HOT POT!!
