Everything that is wrong with fast food happens here. Atrocious management and bathroom. Peak of lunch hour and no chicken... tenders. While standing in line with three people ahead of me for several minutes, witnessed two people come back inside withburgers made wrong. I left....and won't be back. Read more
I hit the drive-thru up occasionally on Fridays (I like to celebrate ?fat-girl-fridays?, lol). Ms Vanita is the voice I hear on... the speaker each time, and she is so warm and welcoming! She keeps me coming back because of how nice and positive she is eachtime! If you are lucky enough to have her take your order, be nice to her because attitudes are contagious and she?s a breath offresh air! Read more
Absolutely terrible food. Got home 1.5 miles and the food was stone cold burgers were hard as a rock. Employees have to know... what they selling and don't give 2 craps. Frisco burger my dog wouldn't eat it. No lie. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Not saying McDonald's or burger King are any better. I feel taken advantage off because they know it's take out and the chancesof coming back and complaining are slim to none. This was at 9:30 pm you would think it would be fresh. Not today. This Hardee's has pretty good customer service I went through the drive-thru several cars ahead of me but not much of a wait... food was good and hot I enjoy their fried Chicken so this Hardee's I think is better than some of the others they do have a goodchili dog(update for (04-19-2022) I stopped to buy the new Ultimate sausage and egg cheese biscuit, was Okay, nothing to say itwas great, I'll save my money and buy the regular biscuit!! A little bit of a wait, however, Hardee?s does always seem to take longer than normal. I attribute it to better quality and wait... patiently. This time it was really long! I just wanted a small burger and some tenders. Oh well. The drive through seemed to bethe priority or maybe there wasn?t enough help at 6:30pm on a Saturday? Either way, I walked inside and dealt with theconsequences. I was greeted right away but had to wait to give my order, approximately 5 minutes which seems long for a fastfood chain with no customers in the restaurant. Later, when it was noticed we were distressed, someone had to check if the orderhad been done. The cashier did apologize for the inconvenience. It?s something. While I was waiting, one employee from the backwalked right by me with a trash can full of cardboard and didn?t say excuse me. It was strange. He was young though, possibly hedidn?t realize it?s polite to acknowledge the other person who steps out of the way when you walk by with a wide load. Againthey apologized for the the delay when they gave the order 14 minutes after I actually placed it. The burger was excellent as Iexpected. The chicken tenders looked great but weren?t warm. After a kind exchange for a new box of 3 that was under the heater,they were mildly warmer. I was not impressed with this lukewarm chicken either. Read more
I can't even lie, I was really impressed. All I got was a 2pc snack so I wasn't expecting much, but I was completely blown away.... For under $5, you get a drink, 2pc chicken and biscuit. Will be back, I knew Hardee's had good burgers but oh my goodness thischicken was AMAZING. Read more
