Went through drive, declined to pull forward and sit and wait so they can falsify their service metrics... They rushed the food.... Got old, lukewarm fries, a half toasted and half cooked fresco burger. Couldn't eat it. So your options are to wait and getfully cooked food that sits long enough to have to be reheated while they serve other customers, or substandard food and atemper tantrum when you don't do what the poor child behind the counter asks. Good biscuits and gravy. Had some of their chicken strips a few nights prior and they were excellent.
I'm from out of town and always come to this Hardees because of the friendly service. The woman at the drive thru is always... refreshingly friendly. The service is quick, and food is correct and biscuits are the best! Read more

I used the mobile App for an order at this Cedar Road, Chesapeake location and upon arrival the staff proceeded to tell me they... don?t do mobile orders. They also tried to change the pricing to the regular pricing even though I had a special from my order. They refused to give me the special and refused to take my app order. I will now never visit this Hardee?s location again. TheGeneral Manager of the store was less than professional at customer service and also refused my order. And this is why ChickFil A will continue to thrive and get my business. You all need some serious overhaul work on how to do business. Read more
