It?s 9:30 am no regular coffee all we could see were 2 people working we were told to get coffee out of the Kraft back Drink... station, It was ice cold and old and they heated it up in micro wave and with a brash attitude informed us she had no oneworking and the young man that was there didn?t seem to know what he was doing. The food here is pretty good but inconsistent. However this review is more about the staff. Its clear which people care and... which don?t. A worker named Christina in particular has to be the worst employee I?ve ever met at any establishment. I come hereoften and have observed her behavior on a multitude of occasions. Shes extremely rude, sassy, and aggressive, also yells at hercoworkers constantly for seemingly little things or sometimes nothing at all. Everyone around her looks stressed and angry;seems like a nightmare to work here. Employers please consider who you?re hiring here because it does effect the experience ofcustomers and your other poor workers. Sending love to the much sweeter young folk that I see running around front to back ofthe store and still being polite to customers when they are clearly drained. Read more
Generally a good store. Needs to change their policy about people ordering huge amounts of chicken at dinner time with no... notice. The people who placed the huge order without notice should be the ones waiting for food, not all the patrons in linebehind them. Just a general observation. Read more
I've been meaning to write this review for the past month. I have been in customer service for almost 30 years. I know the... importance of it, and I'm thrilled when I receive excellent service! I love your employee named Maria. I have been to thislocation a few times, but this is the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Maria. She was a breath of fresh air compared tothe service I usually receive at any fast food restaurant. Maria was very friendly and courteous. I could immediately tell thatshe enjoys her job. I can't remember how long she's worked there, but it's been quite some time. You have an asset working foryou. I work in Virginia Beach. If I worked in Chesapeake, I would recruit her in a heartbeat! If I ever do get transferred toChesapeake, I will definitely come and see Maria. So treat her well!!! ;) Read more

Very disappointed the last few times I have gone to this Hardees. Their quality and consistency has greatly decreased. This used... to be the Hardees to go to in Chesapeake but my last few visits have been less than stellar. From customer service that islacking friendliness to food that is lack luster at best. We ordered breakfast platters this morning with completely flatbiscuits and gravy without sausage. Our last order of fried chicken came with 4 burnt biscuits. We recently ordered 2 chickenbiscuits for breakfast only to find they were made with burnt biscuits and dried, overcooked chicken. Three times in a row wehave been disappointed.
