Had a hankering for a burger and stopped by Five Guys. Food was great! Darn good burger!! ???? Service was great! Price...... ehhh...way too high. Going to get a box of Bubba's frozen burgers for my next hankering. An entire box of Bubba's cost just asmuch as one burger at Five Guys - which will take five guys to cover the cost. Geesh! Even though the its a bit pricey, it's usually very busy there... because the food is good! The staff is always courteous and... welcoming and it's a fun place to visit. Wish they had a drive-thru but the food is made-to-order fresh so coming in is thebetter. Word-to-the-wise just get a small fries with your order. Ijs.. Read more
Ordered Curbside pickup. Got there and checked in on my phone at 8:24. Waited about 5 minutes and then called the store at 8:29.... I saw manager answer the phone and told her my name and I checked in for curbside. She told me that the order had just comethrough- not sure how since I did the online order at 8:16. I waited until 8:39, another 10 minutes before I walked in. I toldthem that I had checked in and called and had been outside waiting now for 15 minutes. The manager, Ashley spoke up and askedhow long. I told her I checked in 15 minutes ago and called her 10 minutes ago. She said well, it?s ready and as I was stillexplaining how they shouldn?t do curbside if you have to sit out there for 15 minutes, she interrupts me and says have a goodnight. You talk about RUDE. Then & only then when i asked her name did she say ?I?m sorry? Bye bye Five Guys. I don?t give mybusiness to restaurants that are slow and have poor customer relations. What I like about Five Guys is that the food is prepped and cooked as soon as you order. I also dig the free unlimited toppings... to put on burgers. Their fries are amazing too. Next time, I think I might try a milkshake. Read more
Good: The food is very good. The hamburgers are thick and juicy. The fries are always hot and I like both the regular and the... seasoned. The service is friendly. This is another level than other fast food or quick service restaurants. The bad: It is veryexpensive! Why four stars? It?s good but the prices seem too high for the fast food atmosphere. Read more
My first time here and actually I'm very impressed with everything we got! Fries were amazing, the burgers were top notch and... the hotdog also was pretty good. Was really pricey but the bacon cheeseburger I got was so good making it worth the money. Read more
Food was over seasoned. Like eating old bay out of the can. Food was cold. Took 45 min to make a grilled cheese and Cajun fries.... Over all 3/10 experience. Read more
