I tried their new Prime Rib sub today. I don't like onions or mustard so I skipped those. It was a VERY SLOPPY sub and honestly... I didn't think the prime rib was all that good. it seems low quality, overcooked (at least mine was) and a lot of grizzly. Notgetting another one. I liked the bread, pickle and the container it came in was solid (but you can't eat that). I've read manyother reviews. Some are 4-5 stars, many others 1-3. Seems like they have some work to do... I placed a catering order for my employees this morning before they opened. Soon after I had to make some adjustments, I called... and spoke to the manager and she was so kind and understanding and really went out of her way for me. I won't say it was a bad experience but it wasn't great either. There was a long wait despite there not being many people in the... restaurant. The lobby needed to be cleaned and our sandwiches were not hot. There was a new employee there that was tryingreally hard but seemed like she just needed a little help. Read more
I got 2 subs for my wife and i. We get home and there is hardly any meat on our sandwiches. It seemed like they were short on... meat and were trying to stretch it. We had to eat other food because we were still hungry after because of the lack of meat onour sandwiches. This is a good reason of us not going back. Read more
Teribble service. Paid 16 dollars for 2 subs and one was a combo. Drink machine was down so was given bottled drink. Wasnt told... till after I paid it was down. Then when my wife and i recieved our subs she got the cheesesteak and i got the pub steak. Cheesetasted frozen and both subs the steak was cold. Was very unsatisfied, threw the subs away, and left. I was very impressed with this location, and wish it was the location that was close to me! The staff offered impeccable... customer service! I came at the lunch hour, and the service was fast and friendly. They even added my last minute picklerequest! The location was clean and the food was delicious.
