Since Covid, it's become near impossible to find a fast food, fast casual, or casual restaurant where the employees are BOTH... professional and seem to actually care (only exception= Chick Fil A). However, this Fazoli's has a guy named Aaron at thislocation that gave not only me, but every customer that walked through the door the best service experience I've ever seen atthis price point. He deserves a raise. Read more
We really enjoy going to Fazoli's when we're in the Chesapeake area. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge. While... many restaurants have jacked up prices recently, Fazoli's has kept them relatively low. The staff is also very friendly. Read more
Went through the drive thru. They gave me my order and told me to have a good day. I asked the young lady if she would like... me to pay for my order? Oh! Yes I will take the payment. Got back to the office and Apparently when you ask for regularAlfredo you get spaghetti noodles with chicken and barely any Alfredo sauce. Good thing I ordered extra 6 breadsticks becausethat's all I got. Didn't receive the ones that come with the meals I ordered. When I called to let them know the Wendy huffedand puffed on the phone. Wendy did however say that I could come back after I get off work and they would make my ordercorrectly. So much for the lunches that were ordered. Service has gone down hill. Read more
I?ve never quite understood my husbands fascination with this place. To me it?s very bland, sub-par food, but I guess if you... like to stuff yourself with pasta it?s a cheap go? that being said, bathrooms were pretty awful today? wondering if they justhave run out of TP because both of the womens stalls were stocked with rough paper towels and napkins? terrible for theplumbing, which is why one of them was stopped up. While running out of TP is forgivable, it really portrays poorly of overallmanagement and makes you wonder what else they haven?t taken under consideration? Read more

I was pleasantly surprised! For what it is, a fast food Italian restaurant, it gets top marks. The bread sticks alone are... great. Not sure why the number of these dwindled so much in the early 2000s. Read more
