Never going ever again. Shorted me $10 cash. Basically stole and the coffee tastes/looks like milk and water. I have now called... 6 times with no answer. Unfortunately I had to get to work and didn?t have the time to go in and discuss this. Used to go once aweek. Never going again. You for sure lost a customer. I would give zero stars if I could. Staff kinda inattentive when I asked for napkins as the holder was empty.. but the coffee was actually really good. Most dunkins... are cheaping out on their "cold brew" by just making regular coffee and chilling it.. you can tell this one does cold steeptheirs and it was really good, so I can't go any lower than 4 stars. So last month I gave 5 star to this place cuz of two wonderful customer service providers but today it was a horrible... experience. Every Friday we pick up donuts and breakfast from this store, definitely NOT ANYMORE, AND donuts weren't fresh, sowhen called in, some lady picked up and when told her the issue..she hung up on me. Called in again and this time spoke toanother Lady and OMG first she was being rude and when I called her out on that she replied back oh I am helping you and you arebeing Smart. Is this how you speak to a Customer??? DD train your people how to talk to a Customer. Writing off this Store. Read more

Honestly this is the worst Dunkin in the area. They refuse to turn off their mobile order but when you get there they force you... to sit in the mile long drive thru line because half their staff called out and they wrote a sloppy note to tape to the doorclosing the inside. Can't blame the workers, it's clearly a management issue because multiple people don't typically call outunless they are treated poorly. The last time I came in for a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes. The people who showed upwere trying their best, but how can 3 people run a drive thru and counter? I contacted corporate who sent my complaint to thestore manager, but of course I heard nothing back. Worst store in the area. Go to Battlefield, they can handle this mess. Read more

The past two times that I?ve been to this Dunkin right after I get off work at 6 o?clock its been terrible. The first time I go... to order my latte for one it took them forever to answer the drive-through. Then when they did it seem like they did not want towork at all. I told them my latte order, and they told me they were cleaning machines and they cannot make lattes for the restof the night. So i left and took my business somewhere else. Today I go there and sit in the drive-through for a little bit overfive minutes there?s nobody in line but nobody goes to take my order as I am leaving I look and they are two people standing bythe window with a headset on. But no one took my order. Makes me regret even using my gas to get over there to get terribleservice. I will not be returning to this dunkin Read more

I use to come to this location every morning and order for pick up in the beginning every order was made correctly but my last 5... orders have been messed up. I order a M/L caramel cold brew w/ sweet cold foam and the last 2 times I haven't received caramel,or sweet cold foam. I came one morning at 630 and due to management not opening the store staff was running extremely late.Staff was awesome they always try to help me with everything need but i don't always have time to go back to get them to fix myorder. I hate that i now have to go back to Strbucks because they'll actually get my order right. You should really think aboutchanging your management team at this location. Read more

I love Dunkin and always have but this location makes it impossible to keep going there. I?ve been a handful of times throughout... the year and have been turned away at least 3 times because they aren?t ready to open the inside around 9am. Their mobile appalmost never works correctly and if I am able to order from it, I still have to wait close to 20 min for my drink once I getthere. I completely understand being short staffed but they are never nice about it. I typically order decaf when I go andalmost every time they try and make it regular brew, then give me a ton of attitude when I politely be like hey I actuallyordered decaf. Every time I go to this Dunkin, I regret it. Usually it?s the customer service. I understand wait times and being busy and I... never complain about that, but if you are going to have a horrible attitude on top of that? It is unacceptable. I have hadseveral instances where the food was burnt, they didn?t secure my coffee lids, they gave me the wrong drinks or just tried totell me that I didn?t order something on the app even though I paid for it. I stopped going here for months and finally wenttoday because I was in a hurry. I will say that the customer service was better, but the drink I got myself was god-awful. Thepowder wasn?t mixed in, it was sitting on top of the drink. They didn?t give me a straw either, I luckily had an extra in mycar. I don?t understand paying $7 for a drink to look and taste like this (pics attached) I usually don?t even order for me, Iorder for an elderly couple and happened to get myself a drink today. Otherwise Dunkin wouldn?t get my business. Do yourself afavor and go to the store on North Battlefield! Read more
