Not the first time I've had a similar experience in this store First out of two doors one is locked I wasn't even sure the... inside was open Second not one person spoke to me till I got to the register ???? then the attitude was obvious they did. There is always a wait, problem, wrong order etc. Tonight they got our order wrong, again. Tried to remake three times finally... asked for money back. They are too busy talking to each other than to take an order correctly. Then got an attitude whenthey mess up. Where is a manager??? The Turnover of kids is ridiculous. This is the worst store ever. I got served stale coffee in my frappe. It tastes horrible. The service was quick though.
The only reason I give this dunkin donuts a 2 star is because the people who run it are very nice and always are or they'd get a... 1 star. However, I've given this shop many many chances and they disappoint me every time. My drink is never how it's orderedand if it is then it's made incorrectly. Their frozen coffee is always under blended; and make sure they give u the syrup you'reasking for and with an accurate number of shots needed for the size you're asking for. I am bummed out because this is theclosest Dunkin to me...but never going back to this shop again...Starbucks is right down the street. And to top things off theycharged me for the pup cup I asked for. They gave me a huge cup of whip cream for my tiny 16 pound dog...he didn't even eathalf. Read more
I stopped for coffee and a donut in the morning. The drive through was busy, but the inside was empty. My order was taken... quickly and fulfilled in a timely manner. The donut tasted a little old. It was okay, but tasted more like a gas station orstore bought donut. It very wasn?t the greatest, but it?s what you would expect from a Dunkin?. The visible area of storeappeared clean. Read more
