This Domino?s location is the worst, I?ve ordered from them a few times and with every order they make excuses of why my order... takes more than 2 hours prepping and they can?t deliver it, even if it?s just a couple of normal pepperoni pizzas. We always endup having to pick it up and they give you attitude. Also, they always start prepping the pizza we ordered at the moment we getthere, even though we ordered it 2 hours ago. Read more
past employee and fired without reason , the store is a mess and unorganized. the gm is a 20 yr old girl who dont know what she... doing , who either sits in her car smoking or sitting in the office , and favoritism is a thing in this store , so if anyonewonders why their understaffed it?s because of incompetent management and lousy staff Read more
Just got my pizzas & I wished they looked half as beautiful as the ads or ones I?ve gotten at Dominos in Norfolk!! I ordered a... large Pep & large Philly style? both were terrible! I?ve seen better pizzas cooked in the oven at home! Both were bubbled &overly greasy????????????????????????????????? I left a complaint on FB under their ad & corporate responded promptly. Got acall from the Mgr advising 1 free pizza for my feedback? Wow? anyway, went to get that pizza & I was met w/the same poor qualitypizza as the 1st! At this point I will NEVER return to that location or even consider Dominos again! Half off giving me half thequality? shame ?please see the attached pics ???? Read more
Will never order domino's again. Apparently if you don't answer their phone call they won't even try to deliver the pizza and... will just cancel the order. Not worth my time or money. I have a family and work long hours I don't want to be glued to myphone when I'm home! Read more

They're understaffed here. The workers are doing their best and are very polite but they need help. I'm a former restaurant... manager and this place reeks of poor management.
