This location has gone downhill. It appears that employees here lack the ability to read orders. Ordered a pizza with light... sauce and well done. Pizza was drowning in sauce and soggy on the bottom. The chicken I ordered was nearly burnt to a crisp. Donot recommend this Dominos location to anyone. Read more
Joseph was great. I placed an order earlier tonight and when I went to pick it up Joseph helped me check out. He asked if I... wanted a receipt and I said yes but the computer system was not cooperating so I said I don?t need it. Joseph came out to my carand gave me the receipt. I saw I was missing some items from my order and he asked me if everything was ok upon seeing mereenter and he gave me what I needed. So thank you Joseph for good customer service Read more
Used to be my favorite Domino's I don't know what's happening in the past couple months but is the rudest group of guys I've... ever encountered. I had placed an order on July 3rd and when I went to pick it up they said they had an order that was reallybig and there was three people in there I ordered wings and they were only making pizza for their big order I don't understandhow the wings interfere with the pizza but when I told them I would leave a review they canceled my order!! never again!! I just had the worst experience I have ever had with Dominos and in general. I ordered a pizza and not only was it burnt the... first time but the order wasn't even correct. We called and allowed them to replace it... the replacement was way undercookedand incredibly doughy. At this point we were frustrated and didn't want another replacement when the first two were horrible. Wecalled and the manager was incredibly rude to us. He said that my pizza wasn't burnt and that the second one was fine and prettymuch that I'm lying. He offered a credit and we made it clear that we did not want a credit because we would not be eating thereagain. He then said there was no way to refund us based on how long ago we had ordered the pizzas..... it had been less than twohours since we placed our order! He then told me he was busy and had to go. He stated that he would not refund us but would sendanother replacement but would have the driver pick ours up. He said if not every single slice was in the box he would charge usagain for the replacement that we made clear we didn't even want. Also the slices we took a bite out were in the trash but therest of the pie untouched. He then said there was no possible way he would refund us and if there was anything else he coulddo.... I stated that I wanted his name to report how incredibly rude he was to me to the corporate office. He then said to oncemore in a rude manner that he wasn't giving me his name (pretty sure it was Mike or started with an M). Worst dominos I have ever been to. There food is definitely not made to standards and top of that, they gift extra meat in your... food which is insects or flies. Yes you heard that right, my pasta had flies in it. On top of it, there customer service ispathetic then there food. To my surprise, this is a corporate store. If this is how corporate store works, then I am not goingto entertain dominos again. Never going to buy another pizza from dominos ever again. Read more
Have gone to this location for years and never been disappointed before. Tonight however, was the worst pizza and service I've... had any where in my life. SAM you are the reason I will never go to Dominos again. I ordered 5 pizzas and 2 cheese breads. 4out of the 5 pizzas were burnt. I called 3 times, twice I was hung up on. The 3rd time I was left on hold more than 10minutes. Because I could not got anyone on the phone, I took 4 of the pizzas all the way back to the store. When I showed themthe pizzas they said they would remake them, but it would take 20 min. I agreed to the wait and went to sit in my vehicle. 10minutes later, general manager Sam came out to say she would only remake 2 of the pizzas, since pieces were missing out of 2boxes. 2 pizzas or a refund were the only resolutions I was offered. I was overcharged for a pizza, did not receive help from the manager. Although I did go COMPLETELY off because at the end of the... day you cannot play with people money not at a time like THIS.. I felt like the manager was like oh it's not my problem. So Idealt with my bank. I did get my money back but I definitely will NOT order from here again.
