The food great, it was hot, delicious. The service was awesome. My party and I didn't have to wait and wonder if the cook died,... in the process of getting our order. And to top it off that fire in the fire place was wonderful. It was very cold that day!This cracker barrel has kept up it's standards, even after COVID! AND not many places have been able to do that. Everytime I go there, the staff members are always polite & helpful. There are days when they have been busy with long wait... times, but, they are very apologetic & helpful. My past visit, I was not totally pleased with my order, but I gave 5 starsbecause when I called back in regards to my order, RIGHT AWAY, the manager was very understanding, apologized, and stated thatshe would replace my order with a meal of my choice, at anytime. Two days later, I went back and my meal was replaced in 15minutes of putting in the order. We had a party of 6 and was seated immediately upon arrival. We placed our orders within 5 or so minutes and it took between... 15-20 minutes for the food to arrive to the table. The waitress was fairly attentive, although we did not receive all of ourfood as ordered. We did have to correct one of orders because they sent out the wrong thing. Great customer service! The gift shop/check out is still amazing! Unfortunately they have expanded the menu too much. I didn't... enjoy the meal I ordered.
