Came here for lunch an hour after opening hours. People were in line at the drive-thru and parked in cars. Both sets of doors... were locked, and no one was taking orders at the drive-thru. I walked up to the window and heard people inside, so I knocked.After several minutes, someone opened the window. I asked if they were open, and she said no, their manager hadn't shown up yet.I let everyone else waiting know, and one of them said this isn't the first time it's happened. So I don't eat at Cookout alot and the only other thing I have is their BBQ and hushpuppies. Love them both! Now I have... discovered their hot dogs. Simple and Delicious, they are crispy and full of flavor. Read more

Staff is always professional and service is pretty quick, but every single time I get a tray with double cheese bites as a side,... they only give me like one side worth. I get a good amount if I get 2 different sides, but if I get 2 of the same side theyskimp every single time. Usually this place is good. But tonight it wasn?t. Our soft drinks were very watery like the syrup bag should have been changed... out for a fresh one, the third tray I ordered was not at all what I ordered but just a duplicate of the second tray that wasordered, and the hush puppies on the first tray were burnt and the cheese bites were bordering on being burnt too. I didn?t howmuch they messed up my order until I had gotten home and was handing it out to my family. Like I said usually this place isgood but tonight was just straight bad. I would have said only 1 tray out of the 3 ordered didn?t have any problems but thatisn?t true because the soft drinks were all watered down. Not to mention while I was in the drive thru line some random guy onfoot was able to cut in and place an order. Those milk shakes are great. Nice consistency. Can't wait for the eggnog flavor. But the strawberry cheesecake flavor ???? oh my
