Good quick treat at night a good end to a date
Service is not as friendly, professional and customer service oriented as it used to be. They rarely have waffle cones & bowls... after 8pm but stay open until 11pm. Between the frowns on everybody's faces, the mess behind the counter & the dirty tables, thestore looked very disorganized & not appealing at all! As a long time, dedicated customer, I am very dissapointed and as theonly store in this area of Chesapeake. Your commitment to your customers should be understood by all of your employees uponhiring. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Went in and bought 5 like it ice creams. The cheesecake ice cream taste freezer burnt. The... mixed in pound cake was beyond stale and my sister had a synthetic hair in her ice cream. Upon finding the hair my sister walksback to register where they start to explain that the owner ?Sanjay? did not allow them to process refunds for any reason. Thatwe can come back at 5 to wait for the manager ?Kim? who also isn?t allow to refund or we could call the store and catch theowner there whenever he returns from Canada. Unacceptable! I will never visit this cold stone again and I will report thislocation and owner to corporate. Threatening to fire employees for issuing any refund is despicable. Read more
My favorite place to get ice cream in Hampton Roads. The new oreo cream ice cream is excellent. The founder favorite is also one... of my favorites. The cakes are pretty good as well. Read more
Great made to order ridiculously over priced ice cream. $5.39 for small(about a cup?) . 5.99 (cup and a half??) for large. ... Medium is somewhere in between there. Prices could be a little lower when you can buy a half gallon at the store for $3 buthey, it's all about the experience right? It's fun to go everyone once in awhile because the ice cream is soooo good. They keepthe line moving and every once in awhile you'll hear the employees mumble out a song depending on the crew.
