Came in to get dinner with my husband. Before 8pm at that too. We arrive and my husband proceeds to order a bowl. We noticed a... new steak offered on the menu, when we asked the staffs opinion one of the employees behind the counter responds by ?by the waywe do not have any cheese, guacamole, sour cream, no fajitas either. I understand running out of one or two things but most ofall their main items were out. We decided to leave as most items were out. I was kind of in disbelief that most of what isneeded to make a bowl or burrito was out. I called the manger to confirm and he goes ?Yup? and repeated all items they were outof. I?m sorry but at that point as a general manager running a store I would go to the grocery store to restock items sobusiness can be run properly. Chipotle is losing money as a corporation when simple things aren?t met by the general manager aswell as employees standing behind the counter getting hourly pay to simply tell customers that they are out of mostly all mainitems needed and hours before closing! I was ignored as soon as I walked in. I guess one of the friends of all the employees walked in and they started making their... food before acknowledging I was even there, doubt he paid for the food either. Then one of the employees finally came to speakto me. 20 mins being the only one standing there. The place was a mess. They didn?t give any chips. Employees treat people liketrash and the service is definitely trash. Way to give Chipotle a trash name. Save time go to Taco Bell instead. Read more
I enjoy going here but Halloween, I was in a rush, got home and realized I did not get credited for the "Boorito" Halloween... promotion. I was in costume, ordered 2 entrees, and scanned the app. I read everything that was needed before getting there. After calling, I was told that I did not qualify for one because I had "extras" on it even though that's debatable when readingthe fine print. The second entree was plain, so it qualified. But, the excuse for this was it had to be bought by itself. Whycouldn't they go the extra mile and let me know this if that was truly the case once they realized I had scanned my membership? We got here early and the lady with the NY accent let us know they needed 5-10 more minutes which was awesome! We sat outside... and waited for them to be ready as people started walking in she came out and told us to get in line. She was patient with myson while he ordered. Her customer service was great!
