Rarely does this location ever forget items in a customer's order and they're adeptat correcting the mistakes. However, during rush hours consistency flaws begin to show. Any positive review about this place is a complete lie. The drive through is ridiculously slow regardless of how long the line... is. I?ve sat in it for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. The drive through express is brilliant but it?s so poorly managedthat it?s actually slower to go through it then to order normally. Even if the normal line is 2-3 times as long. The workers areconsistently incompetent at best. This place doesn?t even feel like a Chick-fil-A with it?s slow service and consistentlydisappointing experience. Once I had a mobile order for chicken minis and they just gave me a 12 count nugget. It wasn?t even10:30 yet. The time they stop serving breakfast and I place my order around 10:10. It just took almost almost 20 minutes tothrough the line, just to get cheated out of a what I ordered. Just go to battlefield. My husband and I visited this Chick-fil-a on Friday night around 8. We went through the drive in. There was about 10 cars in... front of us.. I didn't like there was no menu to view. Very disappointed. I ordered pickles and didn't get them. My tea had noice. The fries were cold. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. It's a good Chick-fil-A, so you already know what you're getting in terms of excellent service and food. They try very hard to... get everyone serviced quickly, but the drive thru here gets absolutely slammed during peak times. I'd recommend mobile pickup orin person ordering to avoid the chaos and potentially long wait times. Read more
