Ordered 2 strawberry milkshakes, it took 25 minutes to get the order, they kept telling us to wait. I went to drive thru... counter twice, a very rude young man never helped. Finally my wife had to go stand there and wait. I won?t be going back, thequality of the food is not worth it. They use to have excellent customer service, that is in decline. Read more

Ordered a 3 piece strip meal and it was horrible. The chicken smelled like old grease and tasted even worse. I spoke to one of... the leads and the manager passed through her that I could come back in a few days and get another order, I guess as areplacement. That was not the correct answer or good customer service. I had to reorder from the Chick-fil-A located acrossfrom the mall. They should have been my first choice. Read more
