I don?t really know how to feel. I called in for my order the call taker was very dry and bland. After every item I ordered the... man kept asking ?is that all? ?is that all?. But the worst part is was when I went into the store to pay the man stoped making apizza and collected my money with the same gloves then continued to go back to making the pizza dough! I?m a bit disgusted as hedidn?t not change his gloves after touch $60 of my dollars! Got to do better!!!!!! His clothing was also filthy! Read more
Food always tastes excellent? but about 5% of the time the order is wrong (forgotten drink or pizza topping). 95% success rate... is pretty darn good. I had experiences 20 years ago when employees were vindictive and retaliatory to me when I complained, orwould refuse to take an order if it was 10 mins before closing, and ugly about it. Haven?t had that since the 90s though. Pizzais definitely where Chanellos shines but subs are great too. Menu is varied and creative. Fast service though I miss whendelivery was free! Would love to give zero stars. Got my order over two hours after I placed it, with my food not even hot. Employees complained... about lack of drivers, so, to me it sounds like a management issue. If your manager is too unaware to take care of their store,why would the employees care? The average Google review rating of five chanellos nearest to me is an astounding 3.34. That'scrazy. And to the equally culpable "owner", please don't respond to this with some generic, cut and paste, faux sympathy. Don'twaste your time. We, your customers, deserve better and not your fake concern. There's many other pizza places around here. Toanyone that has read this far, try Four Seasons, way better, hotter, quicker, and friendlier establishment. Read more
Ordered online received a call from delivery driver to clarify my delivery address. When I informed her that where she was... delivering to was a house she informed me she was sitting at a light and could I come outside. Completely baffled as to what shewas talking about reiterated that she was delivering to a house. She then asked me if I was upstairs and ok can I just comeoutside. After standing on my front porch for 4 minutes a car pulls up playing music and 2 young ladies talking loudly. Thedelivery driver gets out of vehicle dropping things as they laughed about always dropping people's drinks. She then triesexplaining herself when pulling up that she had been in the wrong neighborhood. The pizza looked like it had been sliding aroundsomebody's back seat and was cold and raw dough. Stars for her attempt to apologize the asinine behavior and MAINLY because Iordered from them earlier this week and they were awesome delivery and food. Okay so after getting a response I ordered againwith crossed fingers. Food was great . UPDATE: Don't waste your time!!!! Welp, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame onme . Decided to take my daughter's for a fun night out and stayed at the Hyatt hotel. Decided pizza was the way to go andordered from this chanellos. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING FROM THEM!!! Payed online asked that driver call when the areoutside I would even come down and get order. I received the call from driver stating she was passing a bank and be there soon.I immediately went down with my 6 year old daughter to wait in lobby. I stood outside IN THE COLD waiting for an absurd amountof time only to see the driver in the distance drive pass.
