Not sure if it's all locations or just this location. Employees seem reluctant to work here. They were out of taste testing... spoons and refused to use a regular spoon. The server said the owners were very strict and they were not to give taste testingwith the regular spoons. I don't know about anyone else but it makes sense to me, to allow the customer to taste a flavor beforeserving an entire cup of ice cream, only for the customer to throw it away. The whole entire reason coming here is so the kidscould try a different flavor. 2 kids got vanilla, because they couldn't try any other flavors and knew they liked vanilla. Myother daughter got cookie dough, and when she asked to have Reese's topping, the server legit questioned her as to why "it hastoppings in the ice cream already" My daughter looked at me puzzled. I just said yes, she knows, but would like them. If we allwanted vanilla and couldn't try a different flavor, I would have saved the $17 and went to McDonalds and got them all sundae'sfor $5. Traditional soft serve done to perfection. I don't get to enjoy this tasty treat as often as I would like but Carvel is my #1... stop when I have the opportunity. Reasonable prices and a friendly staff that is always waiting to provide the best possibleservice. Read more
There is a reason Carel invented the soft serve and ice cream cakes because their stuff is fantastic! It's not ice cream, it's... soft serve custards and they have great flavors! The cookie batter with Carmel on top was very delicious! I had classicchocolate with hot fudge on top. Read more
We just came to this place, it?s tucked in a corner where we missed it for a while. The place is clean, comfortable, large ice... cream selection. We came on Sunday just before noon, and nobody else was here. We had scoop ice creams and they were wonderful.Staff was friendly. We will definitely be coming back :) Edit: I just read a bunch of the other reviews, and so many arebasically ?place is wonderful!? and then they give 4 stars.
