If I could give zero stars I would . I Ordered kids meals for my kids at 1250. Based on the attitude at the drive thru I decided... to pull over and check the bags . One of my kids meals bag only had a toy and fries. My husband went in to ask for the cheeseburger . The girl working there with a tattoo on her neck accused my husband of lying. She had him come back to the car andgrab the food bags so she could check it . The entire time she was holding a kids cheeseburger in her hand. The way she talkedto my husband was disgusting. It makes me not want to even eat the food knowing someone with that type of attitude is workingthere because who knows what else she is capable of. Will not be coming back. Read more
Ordered online. Went through drive through. Person in front of me the employee could not understand due to a language barrier.... Not the customers fault. The employee kept getting an attitude with the customer. Customer had to go to go up to the window toorder. Meanwhile I tell them I'm here for my order. I wait 5 min at the window. Cars piling up behind me. Then I'm asked topull up and wait. I waited 15 more mins. Total of 20 min when they had plenty of time to prepare everything. I counted mysandwiches and left. Got all the way home and find they gave me the wrong sandwiches. All 4 were incorrect. This isn't thefirst time this had happened here. The service is getting worse and worse. Read more
Ordered via app, and didn?t see a cancellation option, so (as I write this) I?m stuck in drive-thru line over 20 minutes so far.... Restaurant doors are locked. Employee allowed 3 other people into store 15 mins ago, but no increase in throughput. Uponreaching order screen, employee said to wait, and no further interaction for at least 10 minutes so far. Single vehicle stillat pickup window, with no sign of activity. Several other cars stacked in line out into parking lot. Disappointing. I?dleave, but I?ve been charged already. Wish me luck?. Came to the Burger King at 9 PM on a Tuesday night and nobody answered even when i tried to say hello several times at the... drive-through. I went to the window and they looked confused that somebody was driving up to the window. The guy had the headsetoff in his hands and was talking to the girl worker. They answered the window and I told them nobody was on the speaker and theysaid oh OK you can go ahead and order now then but once I placed my order they said the drink machine was broken and they wouldgive me a bottle of water.
