First of all, I was rushed to order then before I could finish ordering, she immediately told me the total and to pull up to the... first window. I asked for no pickles, but extra stacker sauce instead then somehow she entered heavy pickles and to take it upwith her coworkers at the second window while being sarcastic. Once I got to the second window, I told them to take off thepickles, but they only did it to one of the burgers. Very poor customer service and training. Read more

I've came to this burger King twice this week. And both times I WAS SERVED COLD FRIES. And I even asked both times for the... fries to be fresh. I feel so disrespected. I love burgerKing . But this one in particular , their goal doesn't seem to be tosatisfy the customer. Read more

Just got home from Burger King with 3 chicken Jr's. I waited quite a while but that was ok because I figured altheast it will be... hot and fresh. The one on top was on point the one in the bottom of the bag was so hard it was like cardboard. Couldn't noteven attempt to eat it. So much for dinner tonight. Read more

Drive through at lunch, order repeated incorrectly several times. When I got to the 1st window, I asked to confirm my order. I... was assured that my order was correct, 2nd window, sounded like there was confusion so I pulled into a parking spot to check.The order was wrong. Read more

The food was cold after I asked for it FOB. I had toturn around to take it back. Sad part about the girl in drive thru saw me... when I walked in and said to the crew" I told you she would be back". So whoever was making the order already knew they won'tgoing to make the order fresh off the broiler. Read more

Food is standard burger King food. No issues there. My biggest problem is the young lady who was working the drive through... window Sunday night (9/18/22). Her attitude was horrible. She asked for my order then told me to wait when I started talking.Cut me off several times, didn't wait for me to finish my order before giving me my total and telling me to pull around to thewindow and while pulling around I see that she's more interested in her phone than her job. We all have bad days, I get that.But her attitude was horrible and completely undeserved. After paying she just walked away and someone else gave me the food.Part of it was missing so we had to run in to get what was left out. Overall not a great experience. I went to McDonald's to getfood for the rest of the people in my house since I couldn't get it from burger King. Hopefully next time I decide to go therethe employees will have better attitudes.
