Most of the takeout order was fine, food prepared correctly. Cheese sticks were so overcooked you couldn't even tell there was... cheese in them; they have been tasty at other locations. Read more
The two gentlemen working there had wonderful attitudes and in good spirits. they were busy at the drive-thru not too many... dining inside like myself. Literally the worst Burger King I?ve been too. I came in drive thru around 11pm & when I tried to order nobody answered me on... the speaker box I had to wrap around the building again to go thru the line just to see that whoever that was in there waspurposely ignoring me & was peaking out the dining area to see if I drove off but instead I pulled back to the line. I placed myorder of 2 8 pcs a small onion ring & a large drink. he got that wrong & gave me one 8pc & gave me a small lemonade that tasteddisgusting so I ask for a new drink & he tells me he?ll bring it out. When he brings it out the drink again is very disgustingso at that point I thought he was trying to be funny. So I ask for a new drink again HOPING it?d taste good but when I got homeit tasted just the same as the others. I asked for a $10 gift card. The guy at the register didn't know how to do it so he called over a manager. I found out a couple... days later that the gift card was empty. I called corporate who told me they couldn't do anything about it and to go back to thelocation. So I went back and was told that they don't do gift cards at that location and nobody there, not even the manager onduty, knew how to load a gift card. I called the general manager several times and they never returned my call. The issue hasnever been resolved. In addition to my issue, while I was there I heard the manager say they were out of eggs and there wasalmost an hour left of breakfast. I could hear the guy at the drive thru speaker ask if he could order from the lunch menu thenand they refused. Needless to say, I will never give my money to burger king again. Read more
Based off many of the previous reviews maybe things are making a turn around here. I passed through here via the drive-through ... Sunday evening around 6pm and was able to order right away. Staff was friendly on the speaker box, and at both windows as Ipaid and picked up my order. My order was also correct, Whopper combo (with no onions) and an extra cheeseburger for thedog. Zero complaints. The whole experience took about 10 minutes and I was back on the road headed home. It was actually kindaperfect. Read more
This is the only Burger King that I go to and have issues with. I got half an egg on this trip. Previous trips they don't have... what you order.. no whoppers, no ice cream, no shake are just some of the things. One trip they were out of food???????????, Ijust don't understand it. I went this morning and they had the #1 and I checked it and this is what I got a half of egg????. Iwon't be coming back, I'm done. This is at 916 Great Bridge Blvd in Chesapeake by Interstate 64. Update. The last few times i went, no one even bothered to answer in the drive-thru. Avoid this place..... previous review:... Good staff and good food. Orders are right 9 times out of 10 but the thing that really kills me about this place is there arealways out of something. No dark sodas on more than one occasion, no ketchup packets, etc...
