My son wanted to try some wings! We were near the area and decided to take him. Our waitress was nice. She was friendly. We... ordered two sweet teas, one beer, and a water. We ordered some wings, cheese curds, and one order of regular French fries....$90with tip. Not again. Considering what we order, this cost was very disappointing. Waitstaff was awesome. Food was more than I expected, which is a good thing at spots like these. The drink prices were also more... affordable than I expected. Terrible customer service. I was with my son and he wanted to dine outside. They said due to staff shortage they aren?t... servicing outside. Although it was about 6 employees (not including the bar tender or hostess) walking around and ONE tableseated. But okay cool, we can go for that. I then observe a man get his take out order and sit on the patio so I walk back inlike we can just do that. A you g lady by the name of Haley says if you get take out you have to take it with you, you can?t sithere. So I?m like okay but there?s clearly someone outside eating take out right now. She?s like well I?m not sure about that. Ididn?t want to waste my time going back and forth about seating because at this point the real issue is customer service. A clean BWW with excellent service. I went when slightly busy and they still made sure I was taken care of in the bar area.... Given a five stars based on other BWW experiences. Will visit again if I am on the area. Food ordered: Nachos, wings and fries.All cooked perfectly. Drinks ordered: Jack and Coke, Moscow Mule, and domestic beer. All served well and tasted good. I have not always been a fan but our last trip to the Greenbrier location changed my mind set. Food was really good. Waitress... did an excellent job. Had a small wait but not unheard of for a wing spot. My dad and fiance shared wings that were excellent. Igot their tacos, they were decent, had to much avocado for my liking but my fiance ate them for dinner. Will def return for morewings! Read more
