I visited this location at approximately around 1:50 today 9/25/22 . The guy who took my order over the intercom wasn't... welcoming at all and spoke very nonchalant. And the woman at window didn't utter a single word to me, she just stuck her handout to get my card and passed it back handed my food to me , all in silence. On top of that the food was cold which is weirdfor a restaurant who I thought keep their food on a warmer. Do not go here If you're black Read more

This location needs help. We went there at 8pm one night & they were out of all dark meat & most of the sides. They were... supposed to be open a few more hours. We went again today. They did have chicken, but were out of unsweetened tea & 2 otherdiet drinks. There was one drink option if you wanted no sugar. No other customers were in sight. No one could make some icedtea? Boston Market was ounce one of my favorite places ' I don't know why but they quit having the Turkey' and the bread and the... cream Spanish tasted as if it had been warmed over . I hope it is just this location. Read more

Went tonight, took them over 30 minutes to fix a chicken BLT! OUTRAGEOUS! we will never go there again. And they are know for... fresh chicken, but they used a press chicken, that tasty nasty! Had to throw it away. Whoever owns this location needs to stepup and get this in order! It was a big waste of my time and money. Don?t waste your money people! Also they did NOT put lettuceand tomato on my BLT! What is wrong with theses people? Read more

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier used the minimum amount words needed to actually place... the order. We get to the window she doesn?t look at us just put out her hand and said the total. She took our card, closed thethe window, opened back up stuck her hand out with the card and and our order and shut the window. Not once acknowledging usjust continuing her conversation with her friend. Read more

Worse Boston Market ever! 1300 Greenbrier Pkwy Chesapeake, VA 23320 This is the 3rd strike in a year, and I am sick of it. I... called corporate and complained with the last order back in June. The regional supervisor called me back, stated she is workingwith this location to improve it, and resolve the problems they are having like staffing issues. I certainly understand thatstaffing issues are a problems everywhere. However, when the employees can NEVER seem to get a online order correct because theyobviously misinterpret what is printed out right in front of them, then staffing is NOT your issue! In June, the had theaudacity to give us a tiny little chicken with the neck bone sticking out of it, and feather parts still attached. The ribs weordered were nothing, but bones and fat, almost like the meat had been trimmed off the top. Where is the qualitycontrol?!?! Tonight we ordered 2 meatloaf market bowls with beef gravy- they gave us poultry gravy! Also, ordered 1 market bowlwith rotisserie chicken, they gave us a 3rd meatloaf bowl! Tried calling the restaurant 4 times, it rings for a while, thendisconnects like someone hangs it up. Filed a report with corporate again. Don't visit this location, it's worth the drive andyour time to visit another location that will give you a correct order. Read more

This place has HORRIBLE staff. I sat in drive thru for several minutes and no one said anything so I eventually pulled to the... window where staff ignored me more. Then at 804 an employee said "we closed 10 minutes ago" I took pictures of the signage ondoors which have the hours clearly posted AND the screen with multiple food orders they were making. "Brandon the manager" wasextremely rude and unprofessional when he answered the phone. Brandon laughed when told corporate would be contacted "hopefullythey will change my hours" thinking to myself yeah maybe to 4 hours a week on trash duty since that what your skill and customerservice can facilitate.
