Came to this location around 8pm. when I pulled up an employee was outside smoking while customers were inside. The employee saw... me getting out of the car, got up from his smoke break went inside and locked the door. When I knocked on the window he saidthey were closed even though the hours online said they were open until 10pm. The worst customer service I've experienced in awhile. Change the staff or close the location is my vote. Read more

Worst experience I have ever had!! Michael would not listen when we ordered so already off to a bad start. I ordered a smoked... vanilla cold brew and what I received was anything but. It was a cold brew with french vanilla and it had milk in it. I went into try and explain how it was wrong and he started arguing with me telling me what I ordered and I kept telling him it was notcorrect but he would not stop arguing. Finally one of the other employees said they would remake it and they were obviously verydissatisfied with his attitude. They apologized for his actions and actually made a really good coffee. I went to pickup a $70! Icecream cake from this location on February 7 at 5:30pm. We stood inside the store for 10 mins without... being acknowledged. We thought that they must be short staffed and over worked so we didn't make a fuss about it. When we sawthe cake, the birthday message was all messed up so we asked politely if anything can be done about it. We were told thatdecorators left for the day and we can BUY!!! a birthday candle if we want. No apology nothing. Then we got some icecream andthe girl on the register first gave us the wrong flavor and then she said we can have it for free and then never gave us theright flavor. SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK so we decided to just leave at that point. Please whoever owns this store needs tomanage it better. Hire more staff, train them, treat them right so they won't project that bad behavior on costumers who arejust trying to spend their hard earned money on their children's birthday cake. Read more

My wife and 6 year old went there as a treat for him. They waited over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then an employee... finally returned from break and didn?t even bother to wash her hands. Earlier in May I ordered a very simple ice cream cake for a celebration. It's referred to as the frame cake, it just had simple... swirls and the word "congratulations." After opening the box that night for dessert, it appeared that the decorations werecompleted by a 5 year old; literally the worst I have ever seen. TWO months go by with me fighting with customer service andrude management that I finally got my money returned to me through my bank. This place will steal your money and give you ahorrible cake. I was completely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and product quality I received from Baskin Robbins. On May 6,... 2020, I placed an over the phone order to the Baskin Robbins located on ?1100Cedar Rd Chesapeake, VA 23322? in regards to aMother?s Day cake (item code: H-115). Initially, I was told the price of a 9 inch round chocolate cake with world classchocolate ice cream would be $18.00. However, upon pickup the sales associate informed me that he was mistaken and I wascharged $41.24 which definitely wasn?t an issue due to the occasion. Unfortunately, the item I purchased wasn?t the item Ireceived. Instead I received a vanilla cake with world class chocolate ice cream which was the complete opposite of the order Iplaced. This lack of oversight completely ruined my mother?s day celebration due to the fact my mother doesn?t like vanillacake. At this point I?m requesting a formal apology and full reimbursement. I?m only giving one star because google doesn?t letyou give zero. Update- I was contacted by someone from this restaurant. Basically because I ?used the cake and didn?t returnit? the best they could do is half of the future purchase of a cake.
