I was hoping for the Diablo sandwich and fries to be horribly spicy but it was not even close. I guess for some a little taste... or hint if spicy is too much for them. Went to this arbys for a second and LAST TIME .staff was rude INCLUDING the MANAGER who acted like she was disgusted that I... DARED TO ask for a CLASSIC ROAST BEEF because as she nastily said that THEY WERE OUT OF ROAST BEEF .. no apologies justwalked away from the counter as if maybe there was nothing else for me to choose from &when i asked for the cheesesteak phillyshe really huffed &puffed .but both times ive gone here they have BEEN OUT OF RAOST BEEF .once during a late afternoon visitand this second time around 9 pm .so I WONDERED WHEN DO THEY HAVE IT ? .I MEAN how do you RUN OUT of roast beef when THAT'Swhat you PRIMARILY sell ??!!,. the line on this night was at least 15 cars deep around the drive through...there was noemployee outside ANYWHERE to tell these waiting people in their cars that they had no more roast beef to sell & that they were not going to be making more so those people were sitting there (only to EVENTUALLY find out they wasted their time ) it'snot fun waiting in long lines but it's especially wrong to make customers WAIT for a particular food like a roast beefsandwich that unknowingly to them they won't get at all AND EVEN WORSE making people wait WHILE THE EMPLOYEE INSIDE whoshould have been hustling in a HURRY to get orders out OR who could have been outside TELLING FOLKS there wasn't any ROASTBEEF ,..but SHE was MORE CONCERNED with what was going on in HER PHONE ! THE Place was FILTHY INSIDE everywhere - counters- floors & customer tables just messy and nasty !! eww !! I WILL never again go TO THIS AWFUL ARBYS by the big Kroger store! id rather drive 4 miles back down the opposite direction on battlefield to the arbys ACCROSS FROM CHESAPEAKE REGIONAL wheretheir employees are always VERY POLITE and its CLEAN inside! . Was trying to use my .99 mozz stick coupon to have them "scan it" but still charged full price... Everything tasted great but... that left a bad taste in my mouth. Edit: closes at 11 but they are out of roast beef at 9:17pm... Read more
I went to Arby?s in the Kempsriver shopping area and felt the service, lamb gyros and shake was outstanding! Brayden and Ms.... Rawls were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I?m glad I chose to go inside the restaurant for my takeout order as opposed tothe drive thru. I used coupons and saved as well. The lamb gyros were priced $6 for 2 of them and my shake was $1. I couldn?tremember the name of the flavor but it?s something like jocamo and was described as coffee flavored. I left feeling as tho I hadtasty bargains. The gyros has fresh tomato slices and lettuce. My favorite part is the sauce so I asked for extra. I lookforward to doing the survey on the receipt in hopes of the 2 great employees that I had the pleasure of receiving service from,are recognized. I look forward to going back to try the new Wagyu burger or the Rueben sandwich. I was stationed in Okinawawhile in the Marines and fell in love with Kobe beef?the new burgers are supposed to be made from beef treated the same as Kobebeef. Read more
Saw the advertisement for the Wagyu Steakhouse burger. Never knew they were doing burgers at Arby's, so decided to try it.... Apparently it's new. I haven't even seen a commercial for it yet. I guess they are keeping it on the down low, ha ha ha. Thisburger was juicy, thick and surprisingly good. I didn't like the sauce, so next time I will get it without the sauce. So IFArby's keeps this buger, I will definitely order it. Hope it stays on the menu. If you haven't tried, it you got to. You willnot be disappointed. Read more
The staff was super friendly!! The inside of the restaurant has been done very nicely with wood trim everywhere and it was also... very nice and clean. The food was pretty good and enjoyable. A lady name Kenya took my order and was so professional andcourteous and very helpful! If more fast food restaurants had workers like her they would definitely get more business. I wish I got those mac n cheese bites I ordered as they did look good.
