Food was good. I got the new burger , cooked perfectly. Service was good but extremely slow , maybe busy and understaffed to be... fair . Drinks were the worst, Super weak and drink maybe once a year, so I don't have much of a tolerance. So stick with thefood and maybe a shot when you go , mixed drinks sucked. Read more
Well my daughter and I was out for a dining experience, we went to about 7 places. I must say that the prior places were not... good at all. The 1st place I had to throw my food away after I got my refund of course. The next were not good or we just decidenot to go in. One place was to long, did not have 50 mins to wait. Finally, we decided on Applebee?s, WOW! finally we found aplace where the Manager Sidney and the waiter LaVonta made our night. They were engaging and patient and very professional.LaVonta must be an octopus because he was all over the place in a good way making sure all people were accommodated. Sidney?sengagement with the customers was stellar and very professional. These people are working very hard they all should be given araise. Did not have a chance to engage with all the staff, but from what I observed everyone was engaged in their duties. Thisis just a testament to great management. Service: Server was friendly but did not get drink refills even when she said she will be back with refills. The restaurant was... not busy and the meals took rather long to make it to the table. Servers were just chilling at empty tables. Guess there wasn'tmuch to do including drink refills. Food: Spinach artichoke dip was really good. First dish was bourbon chicken with shrimp,which was pretty decent. My mashed potatoes were cold on top like refrigerator cold and luke warm throughout, hot on the bottomclosest to skillet. Second dish 5 cheese Mac and cheese with honey chicken tenders and garlic bread stick. The ONLY thing goodon that was the noodles that did not come in contact with the chicken or chicken sauce. The chicken tenders tasted like theywere fried in old grease. The sauce on the chicken was good but puddled in the noodles making it greasy. 5 cheese? I didn't seemuch of any cheese in this dish. My dad recently moved to the area, so since we were out shopping, I decided to take him to this Applebees on Sam?s circle. The... parking lot was almost empty at lunchtime, and now I know why. This place has definitely seen better days, and I?m honestlysurprised it stays open, considering how filthy it is. Each ceiling vent was black with soot and the ceiling tiles around eachvent were the same. My seat in our booth had a huge rip in it, and the wood on the walls and windows had that ?it?s never beencleaned? odor to it. I gave 2 stars because we have no complaints about the service & food quality. But we will not be goingback. Read more
The wife and I went for a late lunch. It was cold and rainy. They actually turned up the heat for my wife, which was awesome so... I didn't have to listen to how cold she was! Lol food was cooked wrong twice but they fixed it and I have zero complaints.Tucker the waiter was wonderful. Give him a raise. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. ?Prime rib dipper? is simple I don?t know how they made it inedible. The only ?special requests? were to... TOAST the roll and CRISPY fries. First the fries. As you can see, only about 1/3 full. Probably a good thing because they wereundercooked, some were raw and so salted and greasy they went right into the garbage. The sandwich roll was barely warm, forgettoasted. There was so much sauce, cheese and grease, I gave up about 4 bites in. My Mother and I hadn't been to Applebee's since the pandemic. Today was such a beautiful day so we decided to come out. Lilly... was our server. She was excellent. We got the 2 for $28. Plenty of food. We had the onion rings as our appetizer. Momma had theChicken broccoli Alfredo and I had the riblets and fries. We still added a salad a piece. Our leftovers left with us. Great day! Waited almost an hour for food and then it was cold. Was told they had a new management team by our waiter and the cook had been... there 14 hours by himself. A member of management should've jumped in and helped. The management needs to be replaced. They onlyhad one bartender on a Saturday night. Had to ask for napkins several times and several people in our section had to send backfood. This was the WORST Applebees that I've been too. Our waiter was nice but he was frustrated and stressed out by the waittime of the food and drinks too. Read more
