Stale food. Ingredients added that are not listed in item description. Ordered beef nachos. Got a load of stale tortilla chips,... two shreds of melted cheese with a pile of onions on top. Plenty of queso though. If only it was able to be corrected enough toconsume. Second time stale chips. Think it's time to switch back to Chili's. Update: I was contacted by the manager that wasextremely professional & understanding. Just for that phone call within 24 hrs of my complaint going up to 3 stars. Going togive them another chance. I have never been so disappointed. We arrived at 745 it was 9 before our entrees came out. Stale hard chips and spinach dip cold... in middle. Boneless wings cooked so hard you couldn't chew. Had to ask for utensils. $70 bucks down the drain. Read more
We did curbside to go for the first time in years. I LOVE the three cheese chicken penne. The only reason I rate 4 instead of 5... stars is because the waitress (hostess?) forgot my drink, which I had to go back for. They also forgot the napkins and utensilsI requested which I didn't bother bringing to their attention. No big deal, I still enjoyed the food! Read more
Is this a 5-star restaurant? Of course not. But places like Applebee's make up a strata of eateries that we depend on to... strike a particular balance of service, selection, and cost. We want to get what we expect. This location delivered perfectly. Read more
We absolutely dislike going in restaurants just before closing but we had gotten to the area late and was hungry. So, we stopped... here. NO REGRETS! We were greeted as if they just opened and seated immediately. The server brought water and let us know whowould bring our food. The 2nd server was attentive, didnt write anything down, yet, the food came out with no mistakes. Fresh,hot and good. We ate...no fuss, tipped well and left. Not once did we feel any negative vibes. Our waitress (Angel) was amazing! She was very patient and thoughtful. When she noticed our drinks were getting a little low... she brought us all refills. She was also very funny and great to talk to! She constantly checked in on us to make sure we weredoing good. She treated us like we were the only customers she had! Read more
We dined in on Mother's Day and it was delightful. The food was hot and good. I wish there was more bourbon barbecue sauce on... the chicken and shrimp which is why I give 3 out of 5 stars. And the soda was watered a bit. However we enjoyed our meals andthe service! Read more
We went to apple bees on veterans day and got there free veterans meal... you would think that it would be some cheaply meal but... it wasn't! It was more than we could eat and it was DELICIOUS! We made sure to lookout well for our server... we did pay for ourdrinks... plenty of parking, everything was clean, great atmosphere! Read more
