The olive festival was a very unique experience. We went for olives, cheese and wine and although a bit disappointed in the set... up wine, cheese, drink, food stations as some took cash and cards others you had to wait in line to purchase tokens and thenwait in line again to receive goodies. I think the Olive oil making, crafts, and wine tasting could have been done better, likemore often through out the day. However, my mom and I did have a nice time celebrating her bday with lunch under the trees Andlive music in background. And although we were looking for flavored stuffed jarred olives which were not available, we leftwith the most amazing dark chocolate balsamic vinegar! Plus we both tasted lavender margaritas and lavender champagne. Anothercompletely unique treat. Read more

Be prepared to walk, a lot! It's not really handicap friendly, there are a lot of tiny walkways, steps, smaller doorways than... usual and lots of rocks, dips, and small hills. However, there is also a large open outdoor area where the lavender fields arelocated along with pop-up eateries and music. The good thing is the items for sell repeat themselves so you don't miss itemseven if you can't get to every area. Be open to tasting everything. My personal favorites were lavender brisket and lavender icecream. Read more

This is always a fun event if you are looking to get outdoors. Lavender fields, horse carriage rides, lavender products, local... olive oil products, local honey, all things lavender for sale. Live music, plenty of shaded areas. Food vendors also featuredesserts infused with lavender and also lavender cocktails and beer. Suggest wearing closed toe shoes as ground can be unstableand some areas are dirt paths. Really appreciate the Master Gardeners of Riverside County being in hand with all of their greatinformation.
