I waited and HOUR and 19 Minutes for take out. My Shrimp Scampi was cold/Warm lol. So the Manager Brian is ok. Genesis used... profanity at the register and did not text me to let me know my take out is ready and if I did not go inside to check i wouldstill be waiting. 2 other people next to me had their order messed up. They said they were short staffed. Place was cleaninside. I do Not recommend for take out. Sad cause they gave me a refund and i just wanted to eat my food hot after waiting overHour smh. Just eh for me. ???? Most of my favorites have changed or been discontinued. Portions have gotten smaller. Might be time to... downsize the plates so they don't look so empty. ???? The herb crusted salmon looked like it was cooked in the window. The herbslooked glued on. It was so sad & ugly my friend said they would've rather had the grey side served up. ???????? The tex mexeggrolls I was served looked like orange regurgitated cheese cud. ???? Even if the eggroll itself has changed, this looked likestraight slop inside. Comparing my plate in the pics to what I expected, made me so grateful I went with the sampler instead ofa whole order. They reminded me of something I'd get at a local dumpy bar. Those 2 dishes shouldn't have been sent out. A fewsauces were unbelievably bland, except for the Dynamite shrimp sauce that tasted like straight Tabasco. ???? The silverware wasclean but extremely beat up & felt like a lesser quality than I'm used to. My bouncer mug was cracked & opaque. I don't evenknow if my water was clear bc the plastic was that bad. It has been a few years since I have been to the Cheesecake Factory and this was a good visit. The family started with 3... appetizers, stuffed mushrooms, nachos and corn cakes. The kids liked the nachos but the mushrooms where meh. More of a sidefor a steak than an appetizers. Now the corn cakes, they were amazaballs. Get them. Delicious. When it came to the entrees,they were just okay. My husband got the Korean Fried Chicken Bowl and it lacked flavor. Kids portion of spaghetti and meatballis a very healthy portion but the sliders had tiny patties that were over cooked. The meat from my entree was over cooked anddry so that was disappointing. Now to the cheesecake.......all the 5 different flavors were great and a generous portion. Youmaybe asking "why a 4 star review if the food was just okay?" The answer is the Cheesecake and my server Jim pulled the scoreup. Good service always makes a place better. All in all I would come back.
