The prices on the menu are incorrect. Everything actually costs more than what it says on the menu. When brought up to the... owner?s attention, simply received excuses as to why. Then the owner further went to say, that everyone is false advertising ontheir menus due to the pandemic. Asking whether or not we eat out much. I eat out multiple times a week, have yet to have thisexperience. In fact in most places the menus are either covered with labels where price changes have occurred or are crossedout. When asked for a refund, were told that there is no refunds. It isn?t posted anywhere at the location. Owner says ?wellit?s posted online?. We?re not online we?re there in person therefore not everyone goes online before going to a restaurant,you should have this posted in your location somewhere visible. Three separate times he came back to us to give more excusesrather than just take responsibility. Then he proceeded to go to the back and complain about a similar experience with anothercustomer. Which obviously indicates that there?s a problem and you know that there?s a problem and that it?s not the first timeit?s happened. And then he went to proceeded to turn off the heat in his already freezing restaurant. The food is OK, butdefinitely not worth what they?re charging for it now. Awesome food. The gyros were great. Falafel too. Glad I found this place. Tired of gyros from the diner. The location is kind... of rough. I literally almost drove past it. Service was great.
