There was a 1 hour wait for my food. Then there was a sticker inside my food when I bit into my food. I then walked back inside... to ask for a manager and the manager never came out to apologize. While waiting and asking for a manager whom was ?busy? but wasin the kitchen literally listening to multiple customers ask for her she still managed to keep ignoring all customers. Theemployees had to take matters into their own hands and ask everyone whom was frustrated if they wanted refunds because in theirown words ?we have to do our managers job because they don?t?. I wish I can give them no stars. The person who's in charged for catering in the afternoon was very rude. I called her and it... took her probably 35 minutes to take the order because she was very slow putting the order in. I called the next day toconfirmed and again was rude. The order was scheduled to be delivered at 8 am, but never arrived on time because they saidDoordash never came to pick it up; however they never told me Doordarshan was going to do the delivery. Poor communication withthem. Very disappointing and has always been this way for years. They should change the staff for people who are willing to dotheir job correctly. Ordered the turkey and avocado BLT.. got it home and there was no avocado on it. Called the store thinking they?d at least... credit my Panera rewards account with a free item and they said ?there?s nothing we can do?. I?m upset at the poor customerservice, especially when avocado is expensive and it was an $11 sandwich. Gave them another try, worse the second time around.ALOT WORSE! Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered the steak and cheddar with no onions. It was basically a bread sandwich. The baguette was not... toasted and if it had the horseradish on it, it was undetectable. My friend got the turkey avocado and it looked much better andworth the $7 for a half a sandwich. I can get a whole combo meal that includes fries and a drink for less than that! Worst experience ever! I placed an order online and was a few minutes late. I stood at the door waiting for someone to... acknowledge me but they wouldn?t. As they were leaving I asked them what they did with the food that wasn?t picked up, theyclearly stated they threw it away but they were carrying my order with my name and order number on the receipt. I?ve beentrying to get a refund but their online customer service is a joke. They respond without even acknowledging my issues andconcerns and suggest I join the rewards club. So I paid for food I never got and their employees took it home and I paid for it! Sorry but that makes everything they make taste disgusting. Another company fleecing Americans. This is why I don?t tip before I get my food. Soup was good but sandwich was old. I better not get sick for eating parts of it.... I was so hungry and it still wasn?t good. Service was good hence the one star, but food was bad. Read more
Staff here is awesome! Friendly. Helpful. Pleasant mannered. Patient. I'm in a power chair and it takes me longer to get/do what... able-bodied people do. The staff here let's me do for myself so I have my autonomy (very important to handicapped persons) andNEVER make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them while they wait for me. Able-bodied patrons may not understand how importantthat is but anyone with a disability will. THANK YOU! Oh, and for the management: yes, they offer to assist but accept it whenI decline their offer and, more importantly, they don't just push ahead and just do for me like I'm a child.
