Very disappointed as I drove out of my way to this location to get told that the boba was still cooking and it wouldn?t be ready... for another 1/2 hr. This was only 15 minutes after opening. Poor planning by the staff to not have one of the key ingredientsfor their drinks prepared prior to opening. I had been to this location around this time once before without issue. Be prepared to wait bc the girls who worked today made drink orders out of order and didn't bother apologizing for preparing 5... orders that came after mine AHEAD of mine. Their response was "sorry u feel that way". What kind of bs service is this. Go toother bubble tea shops and any other mr wish than this one. They need customer service and order training. Read more
