If you want a good DD, go to Brace and Kresson. This one has the worst customer service. Went inside and ordered one coffee... along with multiple patrons. We waited approximately 15 mins observing the workers putting orders on a separate metal shelf nearthe drive through window. All orders were placed on this shelf and not given to the customers inside. Employees were extremelyrude. No toilet paper in the bathrooms. Do not recommend. Read more
As a dunkin employee at a different location this is the worst experience I have ever had. I was greeted with them saying they... weren?t doing food right now. The ovens were on and the food was already prepped but the 3 employees just were standing theretalking with each other. I then tried to go to the bathroom and the toilet was clogged when I walked in. Normally I wouldn?tcare that much but the plunger was so cheap it didn?t even work. These employees do not care about providing any level ofservice that is even close to acceptable. Read more
We were excited to get a Dunkin in this plaza because it?s so close to our house. However, almost every single time we order at... least one item is screwed up. They either give us the wrong thing completely or what they do give us is made incorrectly.Yesterday, for example, I got a pumpkin chai, and even though the sticker said it was a pumpkin chai, it was fully a pumpkincoffee. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. They use expired products and tell you that it's normal for them to use milk for 10 days after... expiration. Nothing is ever right, hot stuff is cold, cold stuff is hot. Staff members are miserable and rude, they just tellyou why you're wrong. Avoid this dump at all costs! Read more
The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They messed up my order 2 times. First time I ordered hot coffee with milk and sugar I got... a black coffee without sugar. Second time I ordered coffee, hash-browns and donut and I received everything except donut. I hadto come back again asking for missed donuts. My elderly mother has frequented this Dunkin multiple times with incorrect orders and poor customer service. Today she went and... recognized that two lines were being formed which took longer to order with only one service attendant. Apparently, theattendant heard that comment and told my mother at the window, ?I want to let you know you were very disrespectful and I heardwhat you said.? My mother said ?Ok? and left. Terrible branch. Extremely rude employees. Terrible service. Ordered an egg & cheese on croissant. Was asked ?you said sausage... egg & cheese on croissant?? I clarify ?no just egg and cheese.? Guess what? I got the sausage of course anyway. So I check whileat the window because it?s not surprising. I hand it back and say I needed just egg and cheese. They take it from me and out ofview, remove the sausage and hand it back to me. It obviously reeked of sausage so I parked, walked in and told them I need anew one made because it smells like sausage. So of course this is the most entertaining thing for the employees to enjoy-somebody actually wanting their order correct. They made me a new one and hand me a cold croissant with cold cheese on it. I seethat and say just give me a refund. They go on to collectively tell me that that?s how it?s made and that I need to give thecheese time to melt before I eat it?. Read more
This is a brand new Dunkin that recently opened, so it gets one star for being clean, and it is closest to my house. We have... tried this location multiple times and they have NEVER gotten our drive-thru order correct and complete. Before you leave thedrive-thru, make sure you double check that they?ve given you everything in your order, including straws and napkins, because atthis one, sometimes you need to ask for those. The first five or so times I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they werenew and training people, but it has gotten so bad that I will go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin. Read more
