This is by far the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve been to. The customer service is horrible. They don?t listen to orders at all. I... asked for a Medium iced coffee with Carmel swirl. They gave me salted Carmel instead and the taste just wasn?t good. I swungback around in the drive thru and told them I what I asked for. They made another iced coffee the same exact way with the saltedCarmel syrup. I told him no just the regular Carmel swirl is what I asked for. The man was mad and made it again, this time notenough cream but whatever I drove off, began to sip the coffee and looked at the cup to see a darn strand of BLACK HAIR! Ididn?t go back because I would?ve honestly thrown the coffee in someone?s face. I will be responding them to the healthdepartment and calling whoever is the franchise owner. Been going here on and off for years. Sometimes everything is perfect. Usually not. Today I got an egg and cheese wake up wrap... that wasn't folded, looked like a pizza.
