0 stars should be an option. Absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I was given frozen food (not even the right food!) and... my drink was solid ice even after I asked for "Light ice" only. Will drive to literally any other dunkin moving forward. Read more

My iced caramel latte was made completely incorrect there was no caramels whatsoever. Also whoever was taking my order at the... drive-through was one of the rudest drive-through attendant I have ever seen. She couldn?t hear me order, she never gave me atotal she was very abrupt. The person taking my payment was rude as well. When I attempted to tell them I felt as if they couldhave better customer service they gave me a dirty look and didn?t respond. I even went as far as attempting to call to speak tothe manager who I believes name was Carmen and no one ever answered the phone. Personally, no matter how much I need a latte inthe morning, ill go to the one farther away before I come here again. Read more
Ordering ahead in the app is pointless, you get to sit at the drive thru window and watch them scramble to make your order and... they still get it wrong. They're smart enough to "forget" to give you your receipt to avoid the negative score Read more
I have been to this Dunkin Donuts multiple times and most of my encounters were not that good. Orders were made incorrectly,... long waits - even when not busy (and I'm comparing this to other DD establishments), service was not friendly or positive. It'sa convenient location which is what I assume keeps time in business. Read more
Dont trust the drive thru. I Went thru drive thru, i was charged 6.05 for tea, bagel and apple fritter but they only gave me... fritter and tea. No refund no apology. Was told responsibility of buyer to check bag before departing. Read more
Inside wasn't open at 930 AM. Asked at the drive thru and the three employees just gave us an arm wave saying they're not open.... We walked there so couldn't order anything. No signs up either saying closed, just locked doors. Read more
