What an amazing dining experience. The fish and chips were hands down the best I've ever eaten. The scallops were expertly... seared yet buttery and firm at the same time. The host was very friendly, knowledgeable and unobtrusively attentive. Lastly, themargaritas, I don't think I can ever describe the way they were expertly mixed and balanced. Went to DFG for a big dinner in one of their private rooms in the back and had a wonderful meal with excellent service. Usually... prefer the traditional setting in the DTC but the level of attention to detail from the waitstaff plus the quality of food fromthe sides to the dessert was top notch. The Pittsburgh bone-in rib-eye was dynamite, would def order again for the next specialoccasion. Side note, the art around the restaurant is pretty awesome for a steakhouse. Read more

I keep going back and I don't know why... We choose to dine on the rooftop which is open seating. We found a nice table that... had yet to be cleared of glasses and the check from the previous diners. After 10-15 minutes we took it upon ourselves to clearthe table so we could be seated. The servers were very nice but it seems that they are understaffed and probably a bitoverworked. Appetizers and Drinks is what I would recommend. The mains are disappointing to say the least. The Steaks wereundercooked (again) as all the steaks came out rare with a cool center regardless of the temperature you had requested. Theoutside of my steak was charred and all the steaks were a bit tough. The lobster tail was soft and mushy instead of being firmor crisp and gave us pause as we wondered if it was fresh and safe to eat. We choose not to take the risk. Same story with theshrimp cocktail. Some of the shrimp were fresh and properly cleaned while others were soft and mushy and had not had thedigestive tract fully removed as would be expected. The location is great with the bar, dining room and rooftop providing awonderful atmosphere. So if your in the mood for just drinks and appetizers this is a very good spot. Read more

Great place! Took my wife and my friend Alia here for a nice date night out. The steaks and starters were very good. My steak... was cooked perfectly. The desserts and drinks were also all very good, the price was as expected. Service was great our serverwas very attentive and professional! I just wish they had more open seating for folks without a reservation, because I’ve gonethere without an appointment and was told the wait would be a couple hours. I now always make a reservation but for first timerswanting to try the place , it kinda sucks to be turned away or told the wait is more than 2 hours. Waitress was good I am allergic to avocado and they never told me it was made with apricot and Ranch the food portions was... very small for the price my husband got the burger and it was very good so all the other food not the best very nice placeelegant except I'm a national touring comedian Boomarang I had My Family from Atlanta it was 11 of us money is not no problemwhen you got to have good food at an elegant place I have all around the world this is not the one we was very unhappy and puton please on the food and the price. and I will not be coming back to this restaurant Thank You Read more

Amazing food, but service was lacking. The Food: The filet mignonette was absolutely amazing. Cooked to perfection and... seasoned nicely. We got the truffle butter with it and it’s an absolute must have! So flavorful and added so much to eachbite. The mashed potatoes weren’t anything special, just a basic chunky mashed potatoe. We got an extra side of Brusselssprouts which were tasty but a little undercooked and too crunchy. The drinks were nice, the rose drink had a little popsicle init which was fun! The Service: Our waitress seemed out of it as she was serving us the whole night. She seemed a littlejittery, and not very present. She forgot to take the empty wine glasses off the table so the table was cluttered. She woulddisappear for periods of time leaving us with empty water. I wanted another alcoholic drink, so I had to ask a different memberof the staff to find her. I watched as he he walked over the entire restaurant looking for her, and then saw him stop and asktwo different waiters where she was. I asked her for her help with navigating an allergy, and she forgot that one of the sideshad dairy in it, so I had to ask them to make me some thing else after the food has been served. This left me with eating themain course by itself completely and then having my side afterwards alone. She did look busy with other tables, so I understandthat. Disappointment. Went to dinner on Christmas. It wasn’t busy but waiters forgot child’s orange juice and husbands sauce.... Prime rib was served without any sides. And sautéed asparagus without anything on the top. Overall service was bad and food -okay, but not for the price. Do not recommend. Read more
