For some reason the register monkeys have a really hard time just pressing the button you tell them to, and love coming up with... creative reasons to press other buttons. At this point just let the customers work the registers themselves, they could do abetter job with no training. Read more
Absolutely horrible service and food. Took over 30 minutes in the drive through with 4 cars. We didn?t even get our whole order,... they did not give us a receipt, our food was cold. There was so much sauce on our food that we could hardly grab our burgers.Our fries were pure salt, and hard as a rock. Whoever took our order had to be told we wanted 2 of the same thing multiple timesand really needs to cut their finger nails. The phones were down and we couldn?t even call back to get this issue resolved. Thelobby is closed, so we would have had to sit in the drive through line just to try to resolve this issue. I don't even really care for Wendy's, but we stopped, got the $5 deal. The bacon cheeseburger was actually the best I've ever... had from Wendy's! Hot, fresh and lettuce and tomato wasn't wilted! We got the sauce for our nuggets and French fries were hot!We'll be back to visit this Wendy's on our future trips to Cherokee! Read more
Shout out to the 3 employees keeping this location moving today!! The line was wrapped around the building and moving slow but... the manager was so kind and apologetic. My meal was great.
