If I could give this site a zero I sure would. The employees are theirs! We are in town for our vacation and we stop to get... food. Burger King has a deal on the big king. You can either get a meals 2 for $10 or the burgers only 2 for $6 this sitecharged us $10.68 for 2 burgers they charge us for a small drink we never order. When we question why we was charged $10 insteadof $6 the manager said we had to tell them we wanted that. I asked her ma?am why would say that when your company is advertisingthis she stood looking dumb! No we did not get our money back. No wonder there wasn't a line in the drive thru when I got there. 20 minutes for a simple order (2 bbq chicken sandwiches) and... they got it wrong.. they gave the classic chicken sandwiches instead, $15 for absolutely disgusting food. It's the king of burgers baby. Flame broiled Burger is probably the best fast food Burger there is. Just my opinion. Fries are... still lacking though. They still give you free crowns if you ask. No outdoor seating here that I could see which was kind of abummer cuz I wanted to hang out with my dog after I went mountain biking on the trails. Read more

The mozzarella sticks were warmed once, but not in the last few hours. The French fries were old and cold. The hamburgers were... mediocre. Never got the jalapeño poppers even though I ordered them twice. Just passing through Cherokee so not worried about arepeat performance. I have to edit this review by saying that we were dining in about 8:00. We were getting ready to leave about8:30. I realized that I had never received the large coffee I had ordered intending to take it with me. When I asked about it,the manager made a whole new pot just for me and gave me an additional cup for having to wait. She was very pleasant and wentout of her way for me. Read more
The staff was friendly, the place was clean and smelled good, our food was exactly what I expected when I order from a Burger... King. I'm not expecting three Michelin star dining to give a place five stars. People need to stop being so picky. Read more
My food was served hot and quick, the people I spoke with were friendly, order placed was exactly what I got.
