A decent Italian restaurant above the casino main floor so the noise level is fairly low. Menu is not large but there is... something for everyone. Wait staff is good but there is a lot of turnover and service sometimes suffers. Decent wine and beerlists and overall ambiance is upscale with good lighting and decor. They don’t take many reservations so you often have to goand stand in line or give your number and they call when your table is ready. You can stand in line for bar seating and thatnormally goes pretty quickly. Overall, a cumbersome process. We give it four clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale. Read more
We thought Brio was okay. Not really worth the price or hoops we had to jump through to get a reservation. I honestly think... other restaurants in the casino are a much better option. The service was okay, but they seemed stretched thin. My salmon wasfine, but a little over cooked. My husband’s beef medallions were overdone and very small so, super overpriced for what hereceived. The carpaccio was actually very good though! My husband had their house red since they were out of his first winerequest and my spritzer was pretty good but a little too sweet. Overall Brio is fine, but I doubt we’ll be back during ournext visit to Cherokee. Read more
Really nice place inside of Harrah’s casino. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff were great, and the food was delicious.... They did have a mix up with my partner’s order, but they seemed sincerely apologetic and they gave us a free dessert to makeup for it. The price was right for the quality and quantity of food. I liked their food…definitely one of the best mojitos drinks I’ve ever had their Bar tender did a wonderful job, on point... for sure!! however, the indoor restaurant area seems that the staffing is unsure of whose tables were whose or what time framethe wait was as well as seeming to be a little clumsy forgetting stuff tripping over their own feet kind of weird… other thanthat everything was pretty good! The food was really delicious!! Definitely make a reservation or you’ll never get in. We had the carpaccio, and two pastas.... One of the dishes were cold so they replaced it and gave us dessert on the house. Really great and delicious food! (They arealso short staffer like the rest of the world right now which might be contributing to the long wait times as well as theholiday season.) Read more
Our server was amazing. Alexis is very knowledgeable, fast and professional. Food in the other had was not the best. Lobster... bisque and mash potatoes made from powder. I do not recommend. Glad bread was much better. Overload with sauce shrimp andeggplant. Pretty upsetting that Italian restaurant doesn’t offer cappuccino. The only positive about this place is service.
