A waste of time. I ordered online and when we got there not one but two not very friendly women who were less than helpful told... me they didn't have my order. When I showed them the confirmation and the 30.63 that I was being charged (which included a tiphahaha ) she told me she didn't care what my phone said. I'm hoping corporate refunds me my $30.63. There was nothing wrong with our meal. The problem was with the "figuring up" of our meal. You see, I really don't get how it... costs 2 people $30.00+ to eat a burger w/fries and diet coke and the other person eat hash browns, eggs, bacon, and toast w/tea? First time eating here in this small restaurant. There is booth style seating or seating at the counter. Waitress was friendly... for the most part. Food was not that great. The flies are roaming, so you may have to swat at them every now and again. It doesnot seem that they honor military and the waitress decided to charge me for drinks I did not have with a little attitude but Istill gave a tip. I do not recommend as far as breakfast goes, maybe lunch items are different. You decide if this fits yourtaste buds. Read more
I'm in town visiting family and thought I'd order delivery from Huddle House since it's only 9 minutes away from where I'm... staying. I ordered directly through Huddle House's website and received no message that delivery or pick-up weren't available. Igot a text from Door Dash that my food would be delivered at 12:42pm. Around 12:30, I started getting texts from the Door Dashdriver that Huddle House no longer does Door Dash. Apparently, this Huddle House has been out of to-go containers for some timeand because of this, can't do pick-up or delivery orders. While I get that Huddle House probably wants to have their corporateto-go containers, I find it hard to understand why they haven't come up with a temporary solution to accommodate pick-up anddelivery orders. Also, why is delivery and pick-up still available on their website? If I can't order delivery, why did you letme?? I felt so bad for the Door Dash driver who went all the way to Huddle House for this order just to have to go back andforth with me via text and not get fully paid for the delivery. My biggest complaint is that Huddle House didn't reach out tome after I placed my order to let me know what the situation was and that they couldn't accommodate me. They left that up to theDoor Dash driver who had nothing to do with their to-go container shortage. And because they didn't reach out to me, I sat herewaiting for my food until 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive when I could have already have had made myself somethingto eat had I known right away that a delivery wasn't possible. Didn't have what I wanted. They never do always runs out of everything. Service was good though. But don't think I'll return... until something changes in regards to availability. Read more
